TRIO™ products are manufactured in Ukraine and have all necessary certificates and compliances.
The manufacturer guarantees the quality compliance of the heater with the requirements of TU U 27.5-41326811-001:2018, provided the consumer follows the operating instructions described in this manual.
Warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.
In case of product malfunction due to the manufacturer's fault during the warranty period, the consumer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the product. For warranty service inquiries, please contact the points of sale.
