What Is It?

The TRIO home infrared sauna is a compact wooden cabin made of natural pine, with carbon-fiber heating elements built into the front wall, back wall, and floor. It emits soft, deep-penetrating infrared heat. When in use, the sauna takes up less than one square meter; when folded, it turns into a small box that easily fits in a pantry or closet.

Properties of Infrared Heat

Gentle infrared heat evenly penetrates human tissue to a depth of more than 4 cm. Infrared waves are completely safe and represent the natural way heat is transferred between objects. During a session you sweat much more intensely due to deep warming of tissues, bones, joints, muscles, and internal organs. Skin condition improves, lymph and blood circulation accelerate, and metabolism speeds up — all without stressing the heart or brain blood vessels, since your head remains outside the cabin.

Benefits of Pine Wood

Pine has excellent thermal insulation properties, allowing the sauna to heat up quickly and retain heat longer. Along with its fresh, pleasant aroma, pine releases phytoncides that destroy bacteria, microscopic fungi, and viruses, benefiting the respiratory system and strengthening the entire body. Over time, pine not only retains but actually enhances its beneficial properties.
